Her Background, Experience, and Heart
A Parent
Sabrina has two children enrolled at Robla Schools. As a working parent she experiences the same struggles as many families in the district. She knows what it's like to juggle homework, afterschool programs and activities, family obligations and dynamics on top of staying involved with school and district news.
Involved
For the last three years Sabrina has been an active member of the Glenwood Parent Teacher Club and helped raise thousands of dollars which benefit the students of Glenwood. She volunteers with the Robla Education Foundation Fireworks booth to raise funds for the district. Sabrina helped keep the Glenwood Girl Scout Troop when funding changes brought uncertainty for the future of the troop.
Experienced
Sabrina has a Bachelor's degree in Community and Regional Development and a decade of professional experience with policy interpretation and implementation. Her regular presence at board meetings has already identified areas of improvement which the district acted upon. She looks forward to continuing to improve the district as a Board Trustee.
Advocate
Sabrina asks the board for accountability. She speaks out for all students and teachers to advocate for classroom funding, clarity in communication, and increased safety measures.
